Ms. Felcone provides consulting services in the area of medical writing for a wide range of pharmaceutical products. Ms. Felcone has experience in the preparation of Investigational New Drug Applications (INDs), New Drug Applications (NDAs), Continuing Medical Education (CME) content development, and Pharmacovigilance reporting.

Ms. Felcone has BS and MS degrees from the College of William and Mary. In addition to her medical writing practice, Ms. Felcone is an adjunct professor in the biomedical writing program at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia (formerly the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science).

Ms. Felcone has extensive pharmaceutical industry experience (including 13 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb).

Ms. Felcone's background is particularly useful to clients with biomedical products where an expertise in CME and product labeling regulations is required.
